Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I just moved from California to South Florida. I recently got pulled over for splitting lanes. I did'nt know it was illegal in Florida. I wanted to know if I can win my case once I take it in front of a judge

I used to live in Cali myself so I know the law is different there. However, the old adage that ignorance of the law is no excuse certainly applies here. I would encourage you to either go to court and explain that you understand the law now, or hire an attorney to do so. That way, you may get a break on the fine and school.
