Is it legal for a plain clothes officer to be using a radar gun, then radioing back to uniform officer 100 ft down the road? Isn't this entrapment?

Re: Plain clothes officer w/ radar gun
Entrapment is when law enforcement induce you to commit a crime you otherwise would not have committed. Here you were already speeding and they just caught you.
While there might be other ways to fight the ticket, entrapment is not one of them.
