Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
In the state of Florida if taken to court who would be responsible for the following:
A co worker was teaching how to drive another co worker who just got driving permit and while trying to park pressed on the gas and hit a true and now front bumper lights have to be fixed. Is the person driving soley responsible for damages? No insurance claim involved.

It can get complex, but in general, the owner of the vehicle is responsible. There are a load of exceptions so before you use this advice talk to an attorney about your specific situation.
