Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Suspended license
I was put on probatiion in nov. '07 as a habitual offender for driving on suspended license, The judge told me that if I take probation that I can keep my license also they did not mark on my paper work that I was not authorized to drive and on the first of Jan. I was pulled over and they said that my license was suspended again on Dec. 24 '08 and I wasnt informed at all about it, what can I do to avoid a VOP?

What county was this in. If possible you need to move to vacate your prior plea. While the judge did not suspend your license, the fact you plead to the new offense caused DMV to administrativey suspend your license.
