In terms of driving and insurance what does it mean when it is said that Florida is a "No fault" state?

There is no short answer for your short question. To simplify, it means that no matter who's at fault in an accident your insurance company will pay for your damages up to the amount of your policy. There are tons of exceptions and loopholes and as I said this is a simplified answer. For more detailed answered I suggest you hire an attorney.
