Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I have been told by the ticket clinic that I can usually file for an extra 30 days to answer to my charges in Orange county Florida by the FHP of improper change of lane. I do not see this on the county clerk website. That is about 200 miles north of me so I can't do it in person. Am I usually able to do it remotely like through a fax or something of the sort? I'd ask the clerk but they are closed today for the holiday.

It sounds as if you have an attorney from the ticket clinic. It would be improper for a different attorney to offer advice. You should simply consult with them personally or hire another attorney from that area.
