Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Antique dining room suite dispute.

My Husband's grandmother moved into our guest house a year ago. When she moved in , she gave us her antique dining room suite. To make a long story short, she has decided to blame all of her suffering in life on the fact that we exist and she is moving out. Tomorrow morning, an appraiser is coming over to look at the furniture set because she wishes to sell it right out from underneath us. what legal ground do we have ? Can I refuse his appraisal/sale of the furniture?

It seems as though all of the requirements for a gift have been fulfilled. The furniture is yours to keep.
