Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

The father of my kids is in jail & has a bond for $12,000. He missed his court date because we were having our daughter. Now hes charged with failure to appear, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA NOT MORE THAN 20 GRAMS, & violation of probation. I have no idea what to do. Do you know how long hes looking at to stay in jail?

No way to answer how long he will be in jail without knowing his record. He needs an attorney. If you cannot afford one, he should ask to have an attorney appointed for him. Once that happens, direct your questions to that attorney because he/she will have all of the necessary facts to give you an accurate answer
