Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

my friend was staying with me. she never rec'v mail. and she doesn;t want to leave. She has not paid or helped with bills or rent being that she was my friend all i asked was that she would find work and leave. Now she has called the cops and wants me to get an eviction notice before she leaves. she runs the ac all day and nobody is home. Can I cut off all her power without getting in trouble. She has no lease.

She has no lease, received no mail there, and does not pay rent, so tell the police she has no legal right to be there. Tell them she is trespassing because she is no longer an invited guest, and you want her to leave.
