Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

my grandmother passed on 3-15-2010

she lived in texas, her entire life, my sister who resides in orlando florida got a power of attorney and in 2006 moved my grandmother to the orlando area and put her in a nursing home,since my grandmother has passed myself along with several other memebrs of the family have tried to contact my sister to see what is being done with the estate or has she turned it over to a lawyer she will not contact us at all, we have tried the legal aid assoc. they said they can not help

can you help our resouces are very limited.

also we think ***** has done some wrong with my grandmothers assets

we need some help

You must ask yourself if you have reason to believe your grandmother had any assets (money or property) that anyone knows about . Some people don't -they spent it,etc. However, If you have reason to believe she has assets it is strange your sister will not contact you .If you have reason to think she has assets then send me an e-mail or call me to discuss this further as I have several ideas that might help you.
