Why do i need a letter of administration if i have my mother's will?

A will is admitted to probate and the Court then enters an order and letters of administration allowing an individual to act as personal representative. The PR than marshals the assets, pays the bills, and eventually distributes the funds and assets

You need to petition the court to have a Personal Representative appointed.
Florida requires legal counsel.
