Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I live in Florida and I want to disinherit my 30 year old son should I mention him in my will as a lineal descent ,but make a clause stating I am leaving him nothing but my love and affection?

If you have an attorney who is preparing your will for you, you should discuss with your attorney. If you don't have an attorney, I strongly suggest you use one. I have seen many issues when people do their own wills without the assistance of an attorney. However, to answer your question, I suggest putting in a specific provision for "Omitted Heirs" and expressly state that you are omitting him as a beneficiary to your estate.
