pleading to the probate crt in 19th district

i need to file a pleading to object to a claim an co-personal representative in a estate turned down . i submitted a itemized statement to the probate crt and attorney for the costs to bring my grandsons personal belongings home and the attorney object to the entire claim. how do i file an action against this objection in the 19th judicial circuit in probate div. indian river county florida

When a claim has been objected to, the claimant has only 30 days to bring an independent action upon the claim. That is to say you have a very limited time to file a lawsuit to enforce your claim or you will lose the right to your claim. I suggest you seek legal advice as soon as possible.
