What to do about a Pr
My mom was killed in June.we hired a lawyer in Fl for the wrongfull death and for the probate.my mom didnt have a will.the lawyer talked me and my brother into signing a paper to have my Sister the PR.now that she the PR she has tried to kick my brother off my moms land,locked everything that was my moms away,just hiding everything and all the info from us.well our Lawyer has died.she has hire a new one without letting us know and when we fould out we tried to talk to the lawyer and he says he cant talk to either my brother or me shes the only one he can talk to or let know anything.is that right for a lawyer not to talk or let us know anything.and can and how can we have her removed for being the Pr.me and my bother dont know anything thats going on and have no way to find out.any help will be very helpfull

Consult with an aggressive attorney in or near the county where your mother lived at the time of her death. If FL law is like GA's, and I am sure it is, the probate judge can remove her if she is not properly performing her duties.
