Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

probate

My Mother died in Palm Beach Florida. I am the executor. I don't have the original will. The benificiaries are Me, my sister and brother. The problem my other msister who passed away had 5 children they get her share. 2 out of the 5 refuse to sign. What can I dO?

The copy must be offered for probate.
