Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Step father dies there is no will but a house and two vacant properties.

My stepfather who raised me recently died but had remarried after my mom's death. Will the house and the vacant lots go to his second wife which leaves my siblings and I nothing or do we have rights to the home and two properties or will this go to probate?
