Trust Hanky Panky
I suspect misappropriation of trust funds. The trustees refuse my requests for an accounting. I know I can petition the court to force compliance, but what if the trustees still refuse to cooperate?

If the trustee refuses a court order for an accounting, the trustee would probably be replaced by the court. If funds were unlawfully removed by the trustee, that person would ultimately be responsible for the return of those funds to the trust.
