Waiver of priority
I received a ''waiver of priority, consent to appointment of personal representative, and waiver of notive & bond'' I have tried to contact the attorney in FL but he is out of town. My sister if exe of our fathers will and we are not sure what this form is for.

I agree with Andy. Many states require prior approval of an appointment of an estate representative, to be assured there is no Will contest. This both expedites the appointment and assures the ease of administration.

These documnets authorize the lawyer to act for the executrix (your sister). It is not necessary to sign them. They will make the lawyer's job easier and faster because he can act without consulting anyone first.
On the other hand, avoiding the extra step of consultation may reduce your bill with him.
