Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I am looking for a website
where I can check the Status of Estates in Florida. I want to see what is outstanding and what has been paid. I know my Dad's attorney has access. Is there a website that had public access.

Go to Clerk of Court's office in county where probate is filed and ask to review the file. If you're an interested party, you should receive copies. You can check www.pac-info.com or the website of the clerk's office, but you will likely not be able to scan documents. You can learn which documents have been filed.

Contact the clerk's office in the county where the will is being probated. Most counties now have Web Sites for the clerk's office.
