Last Will and Testament
Last Will and testament made in Florida is it considered legal if that person has moved and is now permanent residence in North Carolina? Does a new will have to be made for North Carolina?

The document must be executed in accordance with the NC statute in order to be valid for a NC resident. It is impossible to guess if the document is properly executed and witnessed without reviewing it.
