Wills and Beneficiary
My wifes father passed with a will stipulating his daughter as administrator of the estate. All assets go to his wife then upon her death, the children. The mother never changed her will (she is now incapacitated and incompetent) Her
old will leaves everything to charity.
Is there any recourse for the children?
