Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

wills

My father passed away 2/07. For the past 7 years he had a serious drug/mental health problem, which ultimately killed him. In 1/06 he and my stepmom divorced. Without attorny representation, he signed everything over to her in the divorce settlement- over 3 million in assests. He had a will, with me as an heir, but my stepmom says that he didn't have anything left (cause she got it all in the divorce) and I would be receiving only 10,000 dollars. He was under the influence of drugs when he signed the divorce agreement (I believe I can prove this). What, if anything, can I do?

Re: wills

You would have to bring an action to have the settlement vacated, not an easy task. Good luck.
