Need more facts as to why carrier would request. The information sought must be relevant to the claim. If you are an employer, then possibly yes if you are seeking insurance; but if an employee, highly irregular. Need more facts.

Generally, I would say no. There may be certain circumstances involving a dispute over average weekly wage, that may allow it. However, you should object to the request and make them expain to the judge the reason for it and see if the judge will order you to provide the records.
