injured on job
if you are injured on the job because they failed to provide safety equipment can you have a lawsuit,i have a severe eye injury and could lose my eyesight or eye, im getting workers comp

In general, you are limited to getting workers' compensation, even if your employer was negligent. Workers' compensation in Florida is a no fault system, so negligence is normally not a factor. There is an exception, one that is extremely difficult to prove, that being that the employer knew that the work had a substantial certainty of causing death or great bodily injury.
