Mileage Reimbursement

I need to know what the state of Florida pays for reimbursement on mileage to medical Doctor's.

Yes, Florida does reimburse mileage to authorized medical treatment, and diagnostic testing. I believe the current rate is 29 cents per mile. In addition, if the injured worker does not have transportation to attend such appointments, the Employer/Carrier may also be responsible for providing transportation to and from the authorized medical appointment and/or testing.
