Legal Question in Immigration Law in France

I was granted a Voluntary departure on december 2009 because I got divorced during a processing time to get a green card. I moved back to France and just got married to a us citizen in August 2010. We are about to apply for a visa for me and I'd like to know if there is any chance for me to have my case denied because of my voluntary departure.

Yes, if you are inadmissible under one of the inadmissibility grounds, a visa can be denied. It's not clear from your post what your situation in USA was, and why you were referred to Immigration Court at the first place (even if divorced). For a specific advice and legal help you shall consult an American immigration lawyer.
