Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia
I do not want to agree and sign a doctor's contract where I would agree to pay for any missed appointments, and responsible for all legal fees if they had to hire lawyers to collect nonpayment issues. I was told that if I cross through the areas that I do not agree to comply with and initial them, then the dr. office will not be able to hold me to the full contract. Is this true? Can a dr. refuse to treat my daughter if I do not agree to all the terms?
Thanks

Of course you cannon unilaterally change the terms of a contract without the other party's consent, any more than the other party can unilaterally change the terms. If you don't like the terms of this doctor, find another one.
