Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia
okay iv had this ladys shoes for about three weeks because her daughter threw them in my bag by accident and she showed up on my doorstep asking for the shoes back i said i didnt have them and for her to plese leave, and her response was "no im not leaving till i get my money or my shoes!" and i said well i dont have ither im sorry but i dont have them and she said i can get the law. So if she has no recepit or proof i had them or no picture of them in my custidy can she charge me or make me pay for them?

Your post makes little sense (and is not an Administrative Law question). It looks like you start off telling us you have someone else's shoes, then come up with a story about not giving them back and lying about having them. How about this - if you have someone else's property, be a productive member of society and GIVE IT BACK. How simple is that? If you want to be a liar and a thief, don't ask for permission here or anywhere else.
Give her the shoes. If you don't you can get a year in jail and be fined $1000.
