how to garnish wages
I had a tenant that owes me back rent on an apartment, she moved without leaving a return address. I know where she work and only have a PO Box #.I do not have her social security number. Can and how do I garnish her wages for what is owed to me.

You have to sue her and obtain a judgment. Thereafter, you can garnish her wages and conduct other collection activities.
For future reference, you should obtain the social security number and two contacts as part of the application process.
