Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
Does a bank have to give you a reason on why your checking account is under investigation and why they are closing your account?

You didn't tell us what they sent you, nor did you tell us what your deposit agreement said (the document you signed to open the account), so there is no way to answer you. You also failed to tell us if you did anything bad or unusual, like bouncing checks, having a bad credit report, etc.
