Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
I have a joint account with someone that has overdrawn the account. I've tried reaching her on numerous occasions to get this matter resolved. She said she would take care of it but I received a letter from the bank stating it has been overdrawn for 20 days. I did not overdraw it, and do I have any options?

You have to pay the bank. It's your responsibility. That's what teh deposit agreement said when you opened the account. You have learned a valuable lesson that you do not open joint accounts unless you are willing to be responsible for all that happens with it.
Pay it quickly, because if your bank reports you to the bank credit bureau, you may be unable to open up a bank account anywhere for years. You should not have let this go 20 days, or even one day, without fixing it.
Once you get the amount paid off, get the account closed.
