how to sue for stop payment on check, I received the check in Florida but deposited it in Georgia

Your post makes no sense.
You can't sue to stop a payment on a check you received.
If you mean you want to sue someone who stopped payment on a check to you rather than what you typoed, you have not given us any information needed to answer you except to say "talk to a lawyer."
