Adding Name in Corporation

Hi,

How do I add an individual's name in already formed for-profit business corporation and also in an existing small business owned by the corporation? All individuals who are members of the corporation have to be partner in the business owned by the corp.? If not, How to go about giving share to some of corp members?

If I understand your question correctly, you probably only have to issue shares in the two corporations to the new individual. However, I would strongly advise you to consult with a local attorney since there may be facts of which I am not aware.
