mother in law put down payment on truck for me i have made all payments none LATE have all checks for making payments. iam moving out of state and she wants the truck back can she take it back. if she can do i have the right to get my money from all the payments i have made and we did not sign any papers saying this it was based on she said he said thank you kevin

If your mother bought the truck on your behalf, then you would have the right to possess the truck unless agreed to otherwise.
