Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
My business name includes the word "and." However, on my website and other documents I have been using the "&" symbol in place of the word "and." Could this be a problem for me in the future? Should I legally have the business name changed to include the "&" symbol if that is what I prefer to use.

No, the "and" vs"&" would not make a difference. As long as the public can determine who the company is, you should be fine.
