You may have potemtial claims, including tortious interference with your business ot contracts (as additional facts dictate). You may also have fraud claims. It definitely requires a lawyer who has handled such business disputes.
Re: business law or dispute
Scott is correct that there may be claims for tortious interference and fraud. You may also have a claim for breach of contract case if the vendor violated the terms of your agreement (if there was one). Litigation is difficult and can be expensive. Ask your attorney if s/he can offer a blended rate (lower hourly rate and a part contingency) or work something else to help you.

Lost profits due to their interference would certainly be a basis (probably the primary basis) for a valid claim. Consult with a local business attorney to discuss whether filing suit is smart regardless of the strength of your claim. I would recommend a letter to the vendor demanding that they cease all such activity and then evaluate whether filing suit would be economical depending how your total damages.
