copyright And trademark infringement
I am in the Arts and craft Business.
I need to know how for I can go without getting in trouble with
Trademark and Copyright infringement.
EXAMPLE: Can I trace a picture of a disney character out of a coloring book and hand paint it on a childs swing and sell it as long as I don't put the characters name on it, Or paint a yard sign for decor as long as I don't put NFL, FSU etc on it.
