Home Sales Contract
Is a home sales contract where all the dates have been left blank a valid contract? Can either party walk away from the agreement with no obligation?

Re: Home Sales Contract
That depends on several factors, even conversations. The law will often fill in a "reasonable time" if there is no date certain and everything else is agreed upon. A lawyer would have to review the contract and other facts to provide a firm answer, or tell you how to proceed either way.
