My husband & I own 50% each of our corp. I would like to turn all my shares over to my husband. What do I need to do?

Call your corporate lawyer. If you have a corporation, you should have one already, as that's necessary for any business.

Look at your bylaws. You should have a section of shares and transfers of those shares.
You will have the procedures in your bylaws unless they are modified, which are easily done.
If you do not already have a corporate attorney, I am available to review your bylaws and advise on the transfer.
