lease information
how old do you have to be to sign a lease for a town home?
do you have to have credit? If so, what are the requirements?
if you do not have credit, is there a fee?

Generally, with some exceptions, you have to be 18 to execute a contract. We can't guess what the landlord/owner requires as far as credit or fees. Why not ask them.
