Material cost
In the state of ga if a company is contracted to do a job is there a law that states the percentage that can be added to the material costs or is that determined by the company?

There is no state requirement. It is a matter of agreement between the parties.

Of course, in the overwhelming majority of cases price is determined by the market and parties. That is how it obviously certainly should be, as opposed to the government stepping in the free market.
