Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Provide client a CD with website on if not paid for development nor hosting?
I developed a website since July 2006 and have not been paid for hosting nor development. He is requesting I provide the website on CD and is taking legal action to receive this. I do not think the website is his because I have not been paid. My client has been emailed invoices which I have seen in the trash.
