Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Recipes
Can I use recipes out of a cookbook or recipes that have been published for a business I want to start. I would like to bake and sell the goods. I would change a few things about the recipe and call it something different. Is this lega?

Re: Recipes
It would most likely be infringement regarding the author's recipe. The best course of action is to contact the author (or other rights holder) and discuss obtaining a license to use the recipes.
If you would like to discuss any issues further, please feel free to contact my office. My contact information is below. Thank you.
