Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
A settlement
I am in a suit with another company that owes my company money they want to settle for a little more than half of what they owe, I say ok if I can send out a letter stating that they did not pay me for the work that was preformed and that they lied about sending money on more than one ocastion of witch I have prof but my lawer says I can't send this to his customers. Why?
