Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I signed an offer letter stating that my vacation will be effective March 1st however I left the company March 6, I was told that my vacation was not available to me because I was not there for 6 months, that clause was in the HR policies. Does the HR policy hold more weight than what I signed for upon hire?

No one knows the wording of what you signed, company policies, etc. Most people do not get to quit and get a vacation, but if you think your paperwork says otherwise, show it to your attorney.
