Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

starting a business

What way should I go to start a business. Should I become LLC or a subclass C, S or professional corporation? I am becoming an home inspector and I want to separate my personal from my business.

You will certainly need to incorporate in order to get the limited liability of a corporation or LLC. I would recommend speaking with a local attorney who handles incorporations and he/she will be able to tell you which entity is the right fit. There are many options that can large legal and tax effects.
