Re: sueing paypal for locking my account
You agree to PayPal's terms when you open your account. How did they violate the agreement? On what basis do you believe they are required to continue doing business with you? If they are holding up your money, you certainly have an issue, but you provide almost no facts about how they did anything wrong.

You may have the basis for a lawsuit, but an attorney will need to dig deeper to determine that. In any event, you may want to employ an attorney to examine whether they can find a basis to get partial or total release of your funds.
