What is the "stuff?" If small, put everything in a box (carefully) and give him a specific time for him to come and pick it up. Don't put the box outside where it can be stolen. If furniture, it is more difficult. If necessary, have a friend who will not get in a dispute there when he comes. This is the risk of dating and having the other person's stuff in your house, so it is something both of you will have to deal with as adults.
