condition of Ga. parole

can the parole board forbid a husband and wife have no contact as a condition of parole?

Absolutely! Parole is a right, but it's also a privilege.

Three examples: 1) both spouses are felons, 2) spouse one is in prison because of something done to spouse 2, 3) spouse 1 was a witness against spouse 2 and therefore would be in danger if spouse 2 was allowed to be nearby.
