I owned a home since 2008, planned to get married in a few weeks ,if divorce occurred do i have to share my house with my wife

Of course no one here can guess what your divorce decree will say before you even get married. This question also has nothing to do with the category of "civil rights."
A prenup may protect you better if you don't truly own the house. In other words, if you have a mortgage on the house or you plan to make improvements on the house, she can claim she is entitled to a percentage based upon the amount of marital assets put toward the mortgage. Also, if she assists in making improvements to or paying for improvements to the house she can argue she is entitled to credit for a small value in the house based on equitable distribution.
